Very friendly service, but here is my experience. Strap in. I took a home-brewed high end gaming rig to these folks. I had problems crashing back to desktop when trying to load games. I could sit on desktop all day. you tube, internet etc. I asked them to check my build but suspected the fault was my graphics card. A day later I got a call "it's taken our tech nine hours. But we fixed it. Problem with your hard drive talking to pc. We fixed it all components fine 200 pounds please." Brilliant says I, thanks very much here is your money. I get it home spend a day downloading everything I need again. Same issues. Benchmarks fine but won't load games. I get back in touch "it didn't work." Must be your graphics card they say, bring it back in five days we will try it with one of our cards to confirm. Fair enough thank you again. I go over and over this thing before taking it back again to find I had missed a power cable to motherboard! I never had to take it back. I solved my own problem. It's hard to prove weather there was or wasn't as issue with the hard drive. But my guess is lack of power was the problem all along.
