Green Laptops Ltd provides a warranty for all our professionally refurbished
laptops, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Laptop Warranty Coverage:
The warranty applies to hardware issues within the laptop. The duration of the warranty is twelve months from the date of receipt unless otherwise stated in your purchase confirmation.
Exclusions from Warranty
The following items and situations are not covered:
Issues arising due to operating system updates or unauthorised software installations.
Chargers and power accessories.
Gradual battery wear or depreciation over time.
Damage (mechanical or cosmetic) caused post-purchase, including drops, knocks, scratches, cracks, or liquid exposure.
Software faults or compatibility issues.
Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
Any failure resulting from commercial or industrial use not originally intended.
Third-party repairs or interference with internal components.

Terms and Conditions:
This limited warranty covers hardware faults arising from normal use under the conditions for which the product was intended. The coverage period is twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in your purchase confirmation. Green Laptops Ltd is not liable for any data loss due to hardware failure. Regular data backups are advised.
Batteries must be reported as faulty within 30 days of receipt to qualify for consideration.
Process for Warranty Claims:

If a return is required, ensure the laptop is securely packaged. Any shipping damage due to improper packaging is not covered by the warranty.
Shipping and Returns:
Within the first 30 days (DOA period), we will arrange a collection service at no charge to you, if there is an issue with your laptop. (only UK-based)
After 30 days, the cost of returning the laptop to us will fall to the buyer. We offer a collection service for £12.
All repaired or replacement units will be returned free of charge.
Replacement Policy:
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace the laptop with one of the same or higher specification, subject to availability.
